65 an hour Looking for a marketing professional focused on top-line growth, excited to drive digital transformation and CRM strategy throughout our 8 Water Parks, 7 Theme Parks, 4 Family Entertainment Centers, and 1 Animal Park.
This role reports to the Global Business Engagement and Retention Director and will support the implementation of the key CRM initiatives launched as part of the CRM transformation at Global level in partnership with the Global CRM agency and the Central CRM team both based in Madrid (Spain).
The role will also support the parks in the execution of their ongoing CRM activities.
The right candidate will have to feel comfortable working within a corporate CRM team and must be comfortable with a hybrid schedule with three days each week in the office and relationships with stakeholders and leaders in six time zones.
The role requires cross group collaboration with different departments in across the company such as Digital Transformation, Customer Experience and Market Research in the central support offices as well as the Park Marketing teams in order to gather input and launch CRM initiatives and projects.
It is critical to have an open mind and be flexible but also with a great capability to prioritize and focus on execution timing.
Additional Information Take a proactive approach in leading the implementation and adoption of key Global initiatives in the parks as well as offering support and constant follow up.
Coordinate CRM production schedules, the planning, segmentation and execution of CRM campaigns with the parks and external providers.
Provide continuous feedback to the digital assets created by the parks.
Write, edit or provide feedback on overall aspects before deployment takes place.
Work closely with the parks and internal departments such as e-commerce, revenue management customer experience and market research to generate marketing promotions, sweepstakes, and customer surveys for the region.
Train Park staff on marketing processes and tools as well as best practices.
Act as a facilitator for good practice sharing amongst parks within the region and globally.
Diagnose needs/problems associated with marketing programs and related products to effectively execute plans and trouble shoot problems.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications preferred Languages:
Fluent English, Spanish will be a plus Skills:

Experience:

years of related experience in a sales/marketing role Strong working knowledge of MS Office, CRM and email marketing, surveys, sweepstakes, platforms and tools.
