Responsibilities:
Must be available until close(10PM) at least 3 days a week Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Maintain food safety standard by ensuring the dishes are properly washed, rinsed, sanitized, and dried Ensure the dishes are completely clean of grease and food debris Maintain cleanliness of workstation, keeping the floors clean of excess water, cleaning the sinks in between washes, cleaning the dishwasher, etc Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager Scrape and clean the Henny and Fry filters on weekly basis Always adhere to all company policies and procedures Thank you for your interest in employment at Chick-fil-A at the Waterfront!
